No overnight holds. ALL PURCHASES MUST BE OUT BY Sunday at 4pm.
If items cannot be immediately taken from premises, the buyer is responsible for picking up item before the sale ends. NO REFUNDS IF BUYERS PLANS/movers do not make it before closing.
Bring your own muscles and vehicles to move purchases. No curb service available. No large purses, bags will be provided.
$2 fee for credit/debit card purchases under $20.
No rowdy children. (Rowdy spouses are ok with deposit...lol) Not responsible for accidents.
Unfortunately, not all estate sale locations are wheelchair accessible, but we will do whatever is possible to give you a great estate sale experience.
Bids accepted on items originally priced over $100. Each bid must be $1 over 50% of original price. Bids will be reviewed after closing the night before 50% off day. The highest bidder will be notified and must answer when we call, or we will proceed to the next highest bid.
The estate sale schedule:
Full Price Friday from 10am-6pm
25% Off Saturday 10am-5pm
50% Off or more Sunday from Noon-4pm

As owner of James Major Estate Sales. I want to personally apologize for the delays of the opening of this Estate Sale. As many of you know, my teammates are perfectionists and they have been working their tails off to get the abundance of treasures and collections completely organized and researched which has almost overwhelmed them…. But they are a blessing to me and won’t back down from any challenge. We have spent longer on this estate than any other in my history. And, I would not do that unless it is absolutely necessary. This lastest delay is due to electrical issues and we must have lighting in order to see and sell everything. Thank you for your patience, JaMES
This is an estate of what I consider Arlington Royalty. I grew up in Arlington, Texas and I have always known this family’s name also associated with their family business. I am honored to be entrusted with this exquisite collection of clothing, artwork, jewelry, furniture, yard art, glassware, pottery, shoes, handcrafted bags, scarves, and an overall grand collection of an impressively impeccable eye for design and quality craftsmanship. This estate is close to my heart and that is why my team of experts has more than tripled our set up, organizing, research, pricing, and staging time as well as giving this estate a 2 phase plan in order to showcase brand new items each week. Phase 1 will be January 12-14 of 2024. where we will be following our usual full price Friday, 25% off Saturday and Free mimosa Sunday with 50 % off everything. The Phase 2 will be the following weekend of January 19,20,21 of 2024!!! Phase 2 will introduce thousands of new items offered at full price on Friday. 25% off Saturday, and 50% Off Sunday with free mimosas as well as bundle specials and room auctions at end of day.
We will be completely restaging and bringing out completely new items of all kinds because this is a collection from more than just the estate.
Full price Fridays, 25% Off Saturdays, and 50% Off Sundays with free mimosas will be as usual for BOTH phases. Buying in bulk is our FAVORITE way to help you our customer as well as our the client who owns the estate.
