You will be required to bring our own help. 3)We (and homeowner) are not responsible for accidents. 4) We reserve the right to limit the number of buyers allowed in the home. 5) Children must remain with a supervising adult at all times, and strollers will not be allowed during this sale. 6) PLEASE NOTE: There is a long uphill driveway that is the only access to the house. This must be walked, so please be aware of these conditions if you have any difficulty navigating this pathway to the house. We (and homeowner) are not responsible for accidents. Happy Shopping!
