Charming Estate Sale on Fairway

Cash, approved check, or major credit cards on purchases of $20 or more are accepted. Sales tax will be added to the final sales price. Resellers, please bring us your Pre-filled out Tax Exemption form. All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is" and where is. No refunds or exchanges. Nothing will be sold prior to 9:00am on the first day of the sale. ***No Personal Shopping Bags or large Purses allowed. We may have to limit the number of people inside at the start, depending on the size of the crowd. If you tag it or pull a price tag or place it on the holding table, you buy it. No exceptions. You will need to pick the items up by Saturday at 5:00pm, the last day of the sale. Please bring help to carry out large and heavy items. We try to enough provide bags or boxes but we recommend you bring a box just in case. We are not responsible for accidents or injury while you are visiting this sale.
