Any item(s) you ask us to hold must be purchased by you. If you hold an item(s) in your arms or our place in holding areas, you have agreed to purchase said item(s).
Please bring help to carry out large and heavy items. You are responsible for loading furniture into your vehicle.
We are not responsible for accidents or injury while you are visiting this sale.

The last day of the sale is the last day for any pickups. You must have permission to pick up at a later date prior to purchasing said item.
