Estate of Lou Kennedy - Lake Athens

This is the estate of Lou Kennedy of Lake Athens.  Mr. & Mrs. Kennedy were extensive shell collectors, so there will be many sea shells.  There are many old books and magazines, newspapers from important events in history, maple full size bed, many shelves, and cabinets.  There is a tea cart, vintage dishes, what nots, washer and dryer, lift chair (recliner), women's clothes, shoes, Nechi sewing machine, craft supplies, lamps, pictures, oak dining table, some chairs, costume jewelry, kitchen wares, flat ware, and so much more.  The house is to be torn down, so we will also be selling fixtures from the house.  There is a central heat/cool unit, dishwasher, stove, cabinet doors, light fixtures, etc.  Even the carport and outbuildings can go.  Come make an offer!  NOTICE!  DUE TO IFFY WEATHER CONDITIONS, WE WILL NOT HAVE OUR SALE ON THURSDAY.  We will extend the sale through Sunday.
