No presales or early access. Entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis once the sale opens.
Please bring your own help to move large or heavy items, as staff may not be available to assist with loading. Also, bring packing materials or boxes for your purchases.
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph items, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect before purchasing.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur on the property. Please be mindful of your surroundings and handle items carefully.
Sales tax will be collected as required by law.
