Please bring assistance for heavy items. Items purchased must be picked up by 3pm Sunday at the conclusion of the sale. We do not do a sign up sheet or numbers, but we will let in as many as is safe once doors are open! We encourage those hoping for a specific item to get in line early - you're welcome to hold your spot with something, but just know it is an honor system between shoppers with the line!

METHODS OF PAYMENT: ONLY Credit/ Debit Card, Cash, Apple Pay® and Google Pay™ - no checks, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App.

SALES TAX COLLECTED! Tax Exempt Buyers must provide a valid copy of their Tax Certificate.

All Sales Are FINAL and items are Sold As-Is, with No Return, or Exchange. We Do Not Refund.

For safety of our clients and customers, we may be limiting the number of shoppers in the house as and when necessary.

Please bring your own help to load furniture and heavy items. Pick up must be done by closing time on the last day of the sale, as advertised. Bags are provided as long as we have them, but we often run out of packing supplies, so please come prepared to pack your own items!

No large bag, purse, or backpack is allowed inside the sale premises.

Security and security cameras are on-site.

Please no presale requests (pricing or requests to purchase prior to sale).

Please do not block mail boxes or driveways.
