*Please Note!*

Due to the mandate from the City of Austin on restricting crowd size, etc. We will be observing CDC protocols and social distancing and hope you will attend. Please use your own judgement. We will not be lining up, but ask that you remain in your car until receiving the opening signal and remaining 6 feet apart, masked and patient. There is no need to run or push. 

No numbers will be given. Not a one- or a two or a three. Just be patient and take a breath. It’s all going to be ok. 

We will have a hand sanitizer station and expect you to wear a mask and stay a minimum of six feet from one another.  If anyone breaks protocols or causes a problem, everyone will be asked to leave. Sorry, but these are serious times and Covid is a real thing. 

No mask=No entrance. For real.

Due to vulnerable populations attending the sale and the fact I don’t want me or my crew getting the virus, masks are required. If this is a problem for you, please stay home.

If you are a gear head, jar head, jug head or a radio head (not actually the band Radiohead, but they’re welcome too) then this is your estate sale. Technology. Radio-ology. Junkology. Gadgets. Widgets. Gizmos. Gewgaws. Parts. Darts. Arts. Thingamees. Radio sets. Big. Small. Medium. Radio parts. Radio books. Radio magazines. Radio tubes. Radio manuals. Old, old stuff. 

Knobs. Buttons. Bows. Phonographs. Antique furniture. Incredible Steam Punk everything. Everything for your office, if you want your office to look like 1935. “Maria, take a letter.” There is so much here.

So.Much. Stuff. It’s going to be DIG DIG DIG. You’re going to love it. Frankly, the house is worth seeing whatever it takes to see it. But the stuff. The STUFF! Some will be priced, but much of the hoard will not. Make your pile in a good place and we will price at the end. If you asked me the price of every item, one at a time, I’d  probably have a breakdown. So don’t.

And yes, masks really are required. I hate masks like hell. I hate having anything that I feel constricted by, trust me, I get it. But, well, wearing a mask isn’t just about me, is it? I wear it out of respect for those around me. It’s possible to be an asymptomatic carrier and have no idea in the world that every time I cough or speak near you, I potentially could give you the virus. Conversely, I sure as hell don’t want to get the damn Covid either. 

PLEASE NOTE: The address is only part of the way to get there. This place was built long before computers or GPS, so your devices will get you part of the way to the house. Then there’s some special instructions.  Know that it is in the River Place subdivision off 2222 and 360. That will get you close, although it is not a part of the subdivision. You’ll see. 

HERE ARE DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

6507 River Place but gps won’t find it. Take 360 to 2222. 2222 to Riverplace Blvd. Turn left into Riverplace subdivision. Don’t take first left by KIDO. Second left you can make will be at turn for Austin Christian Academy with a big light green sign. Turn left here. Pass school on left. Curve slightly until coming to big wooden Austin Autism Center sign. Take gravel road next to sign until it deadends. You’re here!
