Unfortunately we are not able to respond to every inquiry regarding pricing, size or availability. No strollers, no pets please. No numbers given, first come, first serve. Please watch your step as we are not responsible for accidents. There is a $20 minimum credit or debit purchase to void a $2 service fee when using a card so bring some cash for small purchases and garage items. Purchases are subject to 8.25% local sales tax and re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us. All sales are final and all items are sold "as is" with no returns, exchanges, NO EXCEPTIONS. Personal shopping bags not allowed except for transparent ones (i.e. Mexican market bags). We provide a secure "hold area" at check out and staffers may write up your tickets to expedite your checkout. The driveway and space in front of the house are reserved for loading ONLY. Please DO NOT remove tags from items or open bags for any reason. If you want an item and you cannot carry it to check out, stay with it and call out to a staffer for assistance. The will assist you with the transaction but Buyers are responsible for carrying out and loading their purchases- we do not have staff available to do that.
