Please bring your own help to load furniture and heavy items. Pick up must be done by closing time on the last day of the sale, as advertised. Bags/boxes are provided as long as we have them, but we often run out of packing supplies, so please come prepared to pack your own items!
No large bag, purse, or backpack is allowed inside the sale premises.

Important Parking Note: Please park on Far West Blvd (the home is just inside the front of the subdivision, so it's a short walk!) or in one of the small gravel lots located within the subdivision. Please DO NOT park on the road that goes through the subdivision as it is not wide enough to both park and drive through. Loading will be allowed in the driveway, if needed. Please do not block driveways, mailboxes, or the road :). Thanks!
