Entry & Crowd Control

Entry is limited to a set number of shoppers at a time. If we reach capacity, you may be asked to wait outside until space opens up. Please be patient.
Line forms in order of arrival. No saving spots.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave at our discretion, for any reason.
No bags, large purses, or backpacks inside (or: subject to inspection on the way out). This reduces theft.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
No smoking on the property.
No wandering the house outside of the rooms designated for the sale. You will be responsible for the repair any damage done to the property by you or your group.

Sales Terms

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
All items sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties. Inspect before purchasing.
Payment accepted: cash and Venmo/Zelle/Cash
Items must be paid for and removed the same day unless arranged otherwise.
We are not responsible for items once they leave the property, or for any injury or accident on the premises.
