We describe our items to the best of our knowledge and welcome any questions you may have. We will provide boxes, bags, and packing material if available. *WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE. We will ask anyone not conducting themselves as a proper guest to leave the sale immediately. We will not tolerate theft, disruptive behavior, destruction of property, intoxication, etc.

Accepted Payments: We are able to accept cash and credit cards. A $10.00 minimum for credit card charges, please. NO CHECKS will be accepted.
All items are AS-IS: There are no refunds or returns on all purchases. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Make sure you carefully examine your items before purchase.
Liability: Next Chapter Co. Estate Sales and the homeowner are NOT responsible for any accident or injury. We do NOT recommend bringing children to the sale. If you do bring children, they must be with an adult AT ALL TIMES. NO PETS.
Loading & Transport: When purchasing large or heavy items, bring adequate help to carry and load your items. Arrangements can be made for the pick up of large purchases. Please note that our supply of packing materials is limited, so bring your own packing materials, blankets, etc for transport of your items.

We begged… we bartered… we pleaded our case… and at long last, the HOA said YES to one final, glorious, ONE DAY ONLY clearance of this amazing old‑world estate. (REMEMBER, No parking in the Condo Complex. We got permission from First Presbyterian Church of Austin to use their parking lot for our shoppers. Its just a short walk. and we will keep the driveway open for loading of your treasures)
