- *** Regarding parking.... there is a small driveway on the right side of the street, just before and not far from the main driveway. We will offer parking in that open area, if you don't mind walking up a small driveway. There will be a neon sign pointing to it.
- *** No purses, bags, or backpacks allowed, unless they are your own (empty) personal shopping bags.
- This sale is NOT meant for high heels! Please consider sensible footwear, so you can safely navigate gravel in 5 carports, and then the rustic outdoors in other areas, before you get into the main house.
- We don't have many bags to spare, but as we get closer to the sale dates, we may have more! And we will try to provide "shopping boxes" for the carports and tool sheds.
- We accept cash, local checks, VISA and MasterCard. (Credit card purchases must be over $20.)
- Buyers must load their own purchases.
- We are not responsible for accidents.
- We will not be answering calls, texts, or emails during sale hours.
- All items will be sold as is, no returns or refunds.
- No numbers will be given out, we will let the people of Austin (YOU, the shoppers) get the line started ..... so we can open promptly at scheduled times.
- JEWELRY will only be shown to ONE PERSON at a time. The jewelry will NOT be left on site after sale hours, and we will import more daily.
- Sunday WILL BE 1/2 off day on everything unless marked FIRM, and the jewelry WILL NOT BE HALF OFF.
- Please check in on this posting every couple of days, we will be adding pictures and more items to the inventory list day to day.

This sale has tons of great stuff! We have converted 5 carports into a wonderful shopping area filled with yard art, collectibles, camping stuff and so much more. Then there are the sheds. And then the main house! And the space in between is covered in amazing potted and hanging plants for sale!
We have things for craftsmen, fishermen, and makers! It's a bait shop and a hardware store and more! It's country living essentials and Austin charm, all owned by a wonderful man who has lived there since 1969. Time to downsize!
