Policies vary between estate sale companies. Please review ours:

* There are many antique & fragile items at this sale. Please leave young children at home or be prepared to hold them; no strollers allowed inside.
* All customers will be asked to request staff assistance to view fragile items as well as jewelry. Those you choose to purchase will be put on hold for you while you continue to shop.
*No prices are given over the phone or via emails prior to or during the sale, but we are happy to text or email dimensions of art, furniture & other details upon request.
*Bring your wallet/small purse but please leave over-sized handbags in your vehicle due to potential accidents when crowded inside. We will wrap, bag or box your items at check out and have a complimentary wrap station outside.
*Moving out & loading large/heavy items are your responsibility, so bring help as we cannot assist you. We can recommend professional mover(s) offering reasonable rates. Those items will need to be removed by end of day Monday following the sale.
*The driveway is available for customer loading only.
*Do not remove tags from items; remain with the item & ask for staff assistance.
*We are not responsible for accident or injury during the sale.
*There are no public restrooms.
*No numbers will be given; limited entry may be necessary at our discretion.
*We accept cash, debit & credit cards with a $20 minimum purchase; sorry, no checks.
*We collect state sales tax; if you are exempt from paying tax you need to provide us with your certificate.

It is our pleasure to present The McDonald Estate in the Lake Pointe neighborhood of Austin, behind the Galleria off Bee Cave & Route 71. This spacious home is packed with high quality furniture & items collected over a lifetime. The sale will be held Friday-Sunday, October 26-28, from 10am-4pm each day. We are in our discovery-stage so please check back often for more details. Below you will find our initial photos & categories. Thank you for looking & we look forward to seeing you at the sale!

NOTE: Please follow our professional signage to guide you there from all major points. But be aware that Bee Cave does not allow signs within city limits. Therefore our signage will be posted just outside their limits with the Street Name so you will need to use your GPS to guide you there. Once inside Lake Pointe (but not at the entrance) our signs are allowed to be posted on the property. There is plenty of off street parking, but please be considerate of neighbor driveways & mail boxes.
