* PACK ALL OF YOUR OWN TREASURES. You may bring your shopping totes but they must be left in hold area whike you shop. Bring your own muscle. If your purchase requires two people and a small miracle to move, congratulations—you’re in charge of Packing, Moving & Hauling.

* STREET PARKING But PLEASE be neighborly. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. The driveway of the home is reserved for loading only.

* WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PRE-SELL ITEMS. We may pre-sell large pieces of furniture etc in order to make more space for all the smaller treasures.

* ALL SALES ARE "AS IS" & FINAL.

* BE RESPECTFUL.. This is still a family's home. Please be mindful of this and be respectful of the home, the staff and your fellow shoppers.

* DO NOT call, text, nor email asking for jewelry. There will be photos and or information in the description IF there is any costume jewelry, sterling or any watches.

* EARLY BIRDS PAY DOUBLE. We are not morning people. You are welcome to shop when we open and have had coffee. Absolutely No Snooping around the property or yard. If it says "no entry" , do not enter. A Sign up sheet will out on the front porch an hour prior to sale start time.
