NO SIGNS in the neighborhood, please look up Amur Drive ahead of time! The house is BLUE, two story with a long driveway and beautiful yard!
We DO NOT HOLD ITEMS or sell anything prior to the doors opening, and we cannot price quote before the sale.
Credit/debit cards (VISA or MasterCard) will be accepted for a minimum purchase of $25. Checks are OK if local, and no big bills will be accepted for purchases under $50.
There WILL BE limited entry.
You will need to be able to load your own large purchases. Staff will not be available to help.
NO KIDS allowed inside unless they are attached to your body. We don't want children falling down stairs.
This is a 3 day sale, Sunday will be HALF OFF everything!
We do not answer emails or text messages 24 hours prior to the sale, and we will have limited entry.

SUNDAY evening update, more pictures! Today we staged an amazing garage, scroll all the way down for those added pictures! They include..... Christmas- décor and 7.5' pre-lit tree in original box, YETI, camping chairs, coolers and tents, backpacks, moving blankets, motorcycle helmet (never worn), CRAFTSMAN tools and tool boxes, tile cutters, bike rack, tools, products, painting supplies, luggage, electronics, and more!

Saturday night update! New pictures added, plus LOOK at the shadow box with metal "car tags", about 50 years old and wonderful! I have moved it up as the top picture for now! Other new pictures include designer neck ties, men's clothing, sewing machine, cub scout shirt, laundry hamper, the second flat screen TV and cabinet (please forgive the dirty lens picture!), and a great desk.....more pictures coming every night!

Men's designer clothing includes Calvin Klein, Eddie Bauer, Cubavera, Magellan (fishing), Tommy Bahama, American Rag, and Jamaica Jaxx!

Tool boxes, 2 large chrome shelving units (Container Store), coolers, yard products, cleaning supplies, vintage luggage, weed whacker, small "safe trap" for animals...........Patio items include metal umbrella stand with umbrella, WEBER charcoal grill, CHARBROIL gas grill, dark green sturdy plastic patio chairs......2 solid wood beach chairs, patio area rug, AND..... a 4' cement Statue of David. He's cracked, he needs a new and loving family. We also have a pre-lit Christmas tree in it's original box.
KITCHEN: 2010 GE side by side stainless fridge, serving trays, crock pots, appliances, warmers, cast iron skillets and Dutch oven, glass Tupperware meat grinder (one new and one VINTAGE!)........food processor, blenders, pitchers, bar/island chairs, and a ton of candles and deco items, pictures are coming soon!
Linens include KING and QUEEN sheets, blankets, quilts, towels, etc.....
Whirlpool washer, ROPER electric dryer, 3 part "colors" laundry separator....
Yamaha CLAVINOVA piano with bench, manuals, music.... amazing! (You can become Beethoven in an hour.)
Some of the furniture includes..... dark cherry wood modern "bar cabinet" by FLEXSTEEL (looks like a China cabinet, but it's not...), tall round drop leaf breakfast room table with two chairs, red leather interior "bench"/modern by WAYFARE, kaleidoscope arm chair (SO comfy), "cocktail" table is the one you see under the large flat screen TV.....a 58" PANASONIC plasma TV with remote, wall bracket, base, and VIZIO sound bar.....and another flat screen TOSHIBA 48" with remote... black leather swivel chair with footstool.......gray microfiber reclining (ELECTRIC) sofa, each "end" is a recliner, also by FLEXSTEEL......office chairs, end tables, area rugs, solid wood office desks, large beautiful futon with matching chair and ottoman (for one snoozer).....Tiffany desk lamp, KING bed with frame, 2 matching dressers, QUEEN bed with matching dressers and side table, SEIKO hanging wall clock and several mantle clocks..... large black/glass door curio cabinet, ONE lonely bookshelf.... 2 large wood and glass curio cabinets, lamps, Apple computer, electronics, phones, shelving units, and..... books, magazines, TONS of great CDs! ..... a few DVDs, and so many office supplies, you wouldn't believe!

Hi, everyone! We are super excited about this house, there is so much wonderful stuff to be had! I will work on the list of inventory daily, but currently want to get pictures up! Please check the link often, I still have 200+ pictures to add of kitchen/garage/collectibles/so many great things! The sale is April 20/21/22!
