The house has steps and step-down levels, so please be cautious - we are not responsible for accidents.
Much of the artwork is fragile - if you break something, you will be required to pay for it.
Also if your purchase is over $100 please be prepared to show your ID if paying with card.
A physical sign up sheet will be out at the address with our door person by 10 am on the first day to determine order of entry. We will let in 10-20 people to start at 10am, then one out and one in as we see how the crowd holds up inside. Physical presence in line is required, we do not recognize place-holders overnight.
*No shopping with large bags, tote bags or baby strollers.
*Items are priced As-Is, Where-Is, no warranty implied.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand. Staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale.
*Please no pets at this sale unless they are service animals.
*Small children are fine but they are counted as one person on the sign up sheet and should look with their eyes and not with their hands.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.
