We are starting work this week in this gorgeous home on Lake Austin. This property originally was home to a nightclub for students and young professionals in the 1950's.  If you have family members who went to the University of Texas in the 50's, chances are they've been on the property. The bar was eventually shut down for serving minors and the property was quickly purchased by a lovely family who built the home still standing today.  They have an incredible collection of furniture, art, collectibles and housewares all ready for a new owner to enjoy.
