This sale is in the UPSTAIRS portion of a duplex building. The stairs are not in the best shape so PLEASE USE CAUTION when using them. I am not responsible for any accidents that may occur onsite.
PARKING -
DO NOT park in any of the residential lots/spaces on the block. There is plenty of street parking available, so please be courteous.
If buying large items, you need to be able to move them yourself! We’re a small crew and don’t have the manpower to help with moving items. Any large items bought must be removed by end of sale on Sunday.
No bathroom on site - but there’s an HEB just a block away.
The sale is Friday and Sunday only!! There is NO sale on Saturday so please don’t show up.
