* STREET PARKING But PLEASE be neighborly. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. The driveway of the home is reserved for loading only.

* WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PRE-SELL ITEMS. Sometimes things find homes early. We support their journey. We do our best to only post the items that will be included in the estate sale on day 1.
