TERMS IN A NUTSHELL...
THERE IS A $10 MINIMUM TO USE A CARD.
CASH IS ALWAYS KING!
PLEASE RESPECT THAT WE ARE WORKING FOR A CLIENT. THE HOMES AND ITEMS BELONG TO THEM. WE DO NOT GIVE AWAY ITEMS FOR FREE NOR DO WE CONSIDER BUYOUTS AS WE ARE CLOSING.
WE WILL NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION BEFORE THE SALE. THE FUN IS YOU COMING TO SEE FOR YOURSELF!!
NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, so try it before you buy it.
1. FOR LARGE ITEMS, you must bring proper help and all the equipment you might need. We will not allow large items to be removed if we believe damage will be caused. All items must be removed by 3PM the last day of the sale. There will be a $50 charge if pickup has to happen once the sale is over.

2. We don’t offer public restrooms.
3. There will be numbers at the door 1 hour before we open on our public sale days. Grab the next number, then go grab a coffee and wait!
