Pre-sales are allowed on rare items but are non negotiable and non-refundable.
Purchasers of large pieces including furniture will be required to provide their own labor. No assistance will be given. However, pick up at a later time after the sale will be available. ( Not applicable during Book sales)

Welcome to our Summer Book Sale!
We are offering over a 1000 books not before put for sale at our iconic backyard sale as well over 400 pieces of paper ephemera and collectible magazines.
More books will be added at the end of every day.
All books are priced on the inside.

The ephemera varies in genre but most of the genres are similar to those above particularly: Texana, Latin Americana, Natural History, Literary Fiction.
We are also opening a bookstore at the end of September of this year! We will have a large selection of used books in the areas of our specialties ( Latin Americana, Natural History, Poetry, Literary Fiction, Art); the store will be located on 4101 Guadalupe Suite 200, located inside the building where New World Deli resides.
