This Weekend! A Fantastic Sale in Coronado Hills!

Hi there! It’s yet another lovely Estate Services of Austin estate sale, brought to you during the time of the Covid-19 pandemic. This sale is scheduled for February 27/28: Sat- 9am-3pm, Sun- 11am-3pm.

We will be observing CDC protocols and social distancing and hope you will join us. Please use your own judgement in deciding to attend. 

Please remain 6 feet apart, masked and patient when you line up. 

Please use the hand sanitizer station and wash up at the kitchen sink if you feel you need to during your shopping experience.

No Mask=No Entrance. 

Also know we are not responsible for accidents, by attending this event you waive us of all liability. So be careful! 

This sale is big and like sales were in the good old days. It’s great stuff from a long-time Austin family. That’s really what this one is about. It’s the family home, and it is complete. The objects that are in the house are great and are of the familiar type and solid examples. 

This whole place looks like every television show in the mid 70s. You could film an episode of Columbo here, and he would be right at home. “Hello, sir? Could I have a moment of your time?”

It’s a glorious 1970s home!

There is something for everyone. If you collect, have a booth or shop, or merely like great vintage stuff, this is the place to be.The home is large one, and it will be a fun place to explore. There is so much you will flip.

Find vintage furnishings (some from Louis Shanks) that are great and ready to go. Sofas and wonderful chairs of every flavor- dressers, sweet tables, desks and a dining table with a great Stanley dining set and china cabinet that’s so damn handsome. 

Dressers, and occasional tables for all occasions are here. Four bedrooms full. See the Lane Hope Chest. At last! Somewhere to keep your hope. 

Art! Lots. 

All are beautiful and ready for you. 

Clothing. Skirts, shirts. Socks in a box. Tons. Fur coats and other finery fill a several large closets. 

The kitchenware includes everything you can think of: Pots. Pans. Pans. Pots. Glassware. All most all of its vintage and groovy, and there is a lot. The lady of the house was a gracious homemaker. It’s all here.

There’s a shed in the back yard is chock-full of wonder, every yard tool and appliance is here. 

It’s a house you will recognize from your youngest memories, like your 70s uncle built a big fine home for his family filled it out very thing they would need. It’s all still here and is in immaculate condition. Time passed, the kids grew up, and here we are.

Clothing- a ton.

Hats! Yes, please. Shoes? Oh my, yes. 

It’s a slice of north Austin life from the last six decades. We love this one. You will too.

The garage. Yep. There it is. She. Is. Full. like a good garage should be. It’s perfect, clean, and organized. Tools! Can you imagine? This is probably as good a place as any to say again: Not responsible for accidents. Nope. Do be careful. See the fridge in the garage!

More than likely checkout could be slower and even more baskety than normal. Reduced capacity will be enforced, so the wait may be longer than normal. Don’t panic. 

The hold station will be self-service to avoid as much contact as possible. We cannot do presales for this sale. We probably also cannot provide prices, measurements, makers, fabric content or thread count prior to the sale. We also cannot hold items prior to sale day. 

This has always been so fun. Let’s try and keep it that way.  Thank you all for wearing a mask with us during the sales. We really appreciate it.

Also, bring someone to help you carry your treasures. We say this every time, but we cannot help you carry crazy big things to your vehicle. For real. Insurance regulations and our broke-down backs don’t allow it.
