The Estate of Oliver Percival FRANKLIN, Elisabet Ney Museum Site Director (2012 - 2022) Austin Estate Sales proudly presents the estate sale of Oliver Franklin (1961 - 2022), a 7th generation Texan and UT graduate widely known in Austin for his tireless support of art in public places and his ten year tenure as Site Director of the Elisabet Ney Museum in Austin Texas, his time at the the Harry Ransom Center and programming for AGFA.
