PLEASE NOTE: If crowd control becomes and issue, during peak hours, we will limit access to the premises to an amount of shoppers than can be adequately and professionally served at one time. Due to the value of the items in the sale admission may be limited to 30 people at any one time. If this becomes necessary we will use a number system that will hold your place if you prefer to wait in your vehicle.
Attempted theft or vandalism will result in prosecution. Offensive, Rude or Profane remarks will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the premises if this occurs. Plainclothes security will be onsite on all four days.
We accept credit cards and cash only. Identification required on all credit card purchases.
For liability issues we do not load items into customer vehicles, you will need help to load large items.
We will arrange a pick up day, for large items, after the sale if necessary.
Security Guard will be present all three days.
We charge sales tax on all items with the exception of vehicles/trailers/etc. If you are claiming a resale exemption you must fill out a resale certificate. Your tax number alone is not sufficient.
