Baytown’s Packed Collectors Estate Sale

All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Please inspect all merchandise carefully before purchasing. All sales are final — no refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties.

We accept cash and electronic/card payments. Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid Texas resale certificate is provided.

Please bring your own help, tools, packing materials, and appropriate vehicle for loading and transporting large or heavy purchases. Sale staff cannot guarantee assistance with moving or loading items.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property while attending the sale. Please use caution while on the property.

Please be respectful of the home, neighbors, driveway, lawns, and surrounding properties. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or traffic.

Prices are firm at the beginning of the sale unless otherwise stated. Reasonable offers may be considered as the sale progresses. Discounts, if offered, will be announced by sale staff.

Items will not be considered sold until payment has been received. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to remove an item from the sale if necessary.

Children must remain supervised at all times. No food or drinks inside the home.

No large bags, backpacks, or oversized purses in merchandise areas. We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers inside the home when necessary for safety and security.

Valuables, coins, currency, jewelry and other select merchandise may be kept in a secured area and shown upon request.

SECURITY NOTICE: For the safety and security of everyone involved, no gold, silver, jewelry, coins, currency, or other high-value items are stored on the premises outside of sale hours. These items will be brought to the property each day of the sale and removed at closing.
