All merchandise sold as-is, and where-is. This is used merchandise, and items may have some wear and tear, a chip, or missing part, etc. Please inspect before you buy. No refunds. We do not load; bring help to load. Pick-up later can be arranged. We accept cash and credit cards. No unsupervised children. This is a small house, packed with merchandise., as well as two storage sheds and the yard. We will have to control admittance to house, and no children allowed inside the house.
