We love our customers and want everyone to have a great shopping experience, we have become very popular because we treat our clients like royalty and it shows!
We do try to answer calls but honestly we have dozens of people that we are working with before and during the sales days and simply can not take calls, text or emails wanting to see if an item is there or what the price is. Thank you for understanding!
But we do have a few rules...
You must bring help to move, we simply can not move anything for you. Miss Ruby is still recovering from her broken back and the ladies who are volunteering to help are not allowed to move things either.
We do try to bring enough bags to help out but we really need you to bring your own packing materials.
We do ask that you DO NOT smoke on the property, Seriously, you will be asked to leave so just be polite and wait till you leave property. You break you buy.
We DO NOT have a sign up sheet. We had people abuse it and start their own and it just became a pain so now it is first come first serve.
This home is NOT handicapped accessible.
SMILE>>>you will be on camera when you shop at our sales. Shopping with us means you are a movie star and could be on a video/picture that may need to be use in the future. By you going into the sale means you are giving us permission to do so.
All sales are final. We are not responsible for accidents.
We ask that you act like you would in church and not at Walmart. This is someone's home and we are working for them. Each client has different needs and we are under contract to do what they ask. There are times that the family pulls items from a sale and if that happens we will pull the pictures.
Once an item is put into the hold area that means you are buying it. You are not allowed to shop and decide later that you dont want it ...this is not fair to everyone so we do not allow it.
DEALERS....
YOU must bring copies to leave with us of your sales tax number and your resale certificate. Be prepared to show drivers license to prove this is you buying for resale. We do NOT have a copier and if you do not have this ready to present ..we will NOT honor your tax exempt status.
We ask for this at every sale, NO Exceptions!

I am very honored to be bringing you this fabulous sale in the heart of Beaumont Texas. This sale is one you wont want to miss as you just dont see a collection of this style and quality in one place very often.
All of you Bed and Breakfast owners will love the treasures you will find at this sale!
This couple loved to shop for the best of furnishings and she was even a dealer at one point.
The home is large and full of room after room of treasures..
Please note that the family lives out of state and has the right to pull items and if that happens we will pull the pictures. Thank you for understanding.
The home will be for sale after the sale. I will have sign ups to give to the bank for those who are interested.

All sales are cash only! Dealers will have to provide both copies of documents to leave with me in order to be tax exempt. Be prepared to show drivers license to prove that you are the person able to use the tax-exempt Ability..
