1. All sales are FINAL.
2. Please pull lower section of tear off tags on items only when you are positive you want to buy that item AND then see one of our team members immediately so they can mark it for you. Your name & cell number must be written on upper tag that stays on the item until it leaves the estate. You will take lower portion of tag with you when you check out and will be given a paid tag that will be put on your large paid items that will be picked up later.
3. We love cash. Credit cards & checks accepted with minimums. Also - please leave name and cell number for credit card sales.
4. We can gladly share names & numbers for movers you may call and schedule but we can’t move heavy items.
5. As always, we will be donating to Lamar University scholarships & YoungLife with a portion of this estate, plus we are supporting Area foster children thru CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and this year’s Santa Run! Yl Estate Sales

Please know we are keeping everyone affected with the flooding in our prayers. We ARE going to have our YL Estate Sale at 280 West Circuit tomorrow (Friday) 10- 5 & Saturday 9-3. The home has sold and the closing is still scheduled so we need to finish up for the current & new home owners. In addition to helping underwrite the cost of YoungLife MidCounty Annual Banquet, and helping with underwriting for CASA Santa Run, we will also contribute to the Southeast Texas Emergency Relief Fund through our proceeds of this sale to help those in need in our communities.
