1375 Audubon, in beautiful Audubon Addition off the corner of Dowlen & Gladys, in west end Beaumont. This is truly one of our you Do Not Want To Miss sales! This is the Estate of Jim & Virginia Austin - they were such a lovely couple.

They also owned the Mildred Building - that lovely building on the corner of Calder & MLK that was built by the Spindletop Oil Tycoon Miles Frank Yount, and there are some unbelievable items, art, decor , furniture & bronzes from the Mildred in this sale.
