Not responsible for accidents.
Unfortunately not all sales are wheelchair accessible. But, we will do whatever possible to give you a great estate sale experience.
Bids accepted on items originally priced over $100. Each bid must be $1 over 50% of original price. Bids will be reviewed after closing the night before 50% off day. The highest bidder will be notified and must answer when we call or we will proceed to the next highest bid.
First day is full price all day. But, bids will be entertained if reasonable.( at least $1 above half of original price.
Please be respectful and have fun at my sales.

Description & Details
This is an EMERGENCY estate sale in which the family has less than 2 weeks to get everything sold. Lots of name brand women's and girls clothes ( mostly from Dillard's as employee) which have hardly been worn and some BRAND NEW.
Lots of outdoor planters, knick knacks, wall decor, living room cabinets and shelves, tools, children's play sets and toys, autographed football, coats, Christmas decor, wall units, shelving, outdoor shed, leather sleighbed, crystal, luggage, and many more boxes we haven't even opened yet.
Due to the lack of preparation time please forgive the fact that not everything is clean, organized and priced. We, if course, will reflect this in our pricing.
