No large purses, bags, or backpacks are permitted into the sale.

The home may not be entirely ADA compliant.
Sales tax at a rate of 8.25% will be collected on all purchases.
Firearms, both long guns & handguns, can only be sold to legal Texas residents.
We do our best to accurately inspect items for flaws and in good faith present our items as genuine but please inspect for yourself. Caveat emptor.
All items are sold as is where is. All sales are final.
Bring help to load your larger items as sale staff is not able to provide loading help.

Plenty of late mid-century and post mid-century furniture. Remember grandma's sofa with the plastic cover that you weren't allowed to sit on...we took the plastic off, it's in immaculate shape, and we're selling it.

From alabaster lamps to extension cords this sale is packed. 2 stories and a garage full of memories and mementos of a life well lived.
