On-site buyers must pay on day of sale; absentee and internet buyers must pay within 2 days of sale. Buyers may pay by cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express or auction approved check. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. Sold items must be removed no later than 5pm Monday after a Saturday sale. The auction house is open Sundays 10-5. Items not paid for or remaining after Monday will be moved to storage and storage fees of $25 per day per item will apply.
