Blanconia Super Sale

Our Estate Sale this week is the estate of Mrs. Mary Lynn Havelka.  Mrs. Havelka better known by her family and friends as Mary Lynn was a long-time resident of Blanconia.  She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Peregrine Society of St. Joseph, St. Joseph Altar Society, St. Joseph Quilting Group, Lutheran Prayer Group, Beeville Art Society, Belle Claire Mansion & has donated numerous Quilts for Auctions.  She retired from First National Bank of Taft as the Secretary to the President and subsequently Substitute Taught in Refugio and Goliad.  Working in Mary Lynn’s home has been amazing.  Appreciating her beautiful work and great talents in Quilt Making and graciously you have the opportunity to purchase one of her great quilts.

 NOTE:  This home is in the country that having been said please be aware of your surroundings.  The home is set back from the road and entrance onto the property would be through a gate with a curve road leading up to the home.  In addition, most GPS systems will want to take you to the home two doors down.  The best directions are as you go towards Sinton/Woodsboro once you get to the Dairy Queen in Woodsboro you will make a left turn onto FM 2441, travel approximately 13 miles.  Please note that Wifii Internet Connection at this site is next to nil so please plan accordingly.  This will be a cash only sale.  We have tried running all equipment with boosters etc., to no avail.  Thank you for your understanding.
