All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection upon request. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinable factor. Central Texas Auction Services, LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Central Texas Auction Services, LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Central Texas Auction Services, LLC shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Central Texas Auction Services, LLC will not be responsible for any errors or
omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Central Texas Auction Services, LLC is providing internet bidding for this auction. Bidder acknowledges and understands that internet service may or may not function properly at the close of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Central Texas Auction Services, LLC
or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during the close of the auction. Central Texas Auction Services, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the close of the auction.
Pick-up will be Monday, December 18, 2017 and Tuesday, December 19, 2017 from 9:00AM-4:30PM. Any other times will have to be by appointment only. Any items left past 5 days will be deemed abandoned and become the property of CTAS. Please arrange your own shipper, we did not ship, although we will assist in meeting your shipper at the property for pick up by appointment. All items are located in 212 E Loop 121, Belton, TX 76513.

• Wire Transfer ($25 wire transfer fee)

Card on file with Proxibid will be processed December 17, 2017. If you choose a different form of payment or are tax exempt please call or email us immediately following the auction. Central Texas Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
