IN-PERSON ONLY SALE. All Sales are final, everything is sold as-is, where-is. Cash preferred, credit/debit cards accepted with appropriate identification. Sales taxes are collected. No pre-sales. Please bring help to load your purchases. All purchases must be removed from the location at time of sale. No large bags allowed. Please be mindful of your children. No public restrooms. Please read and follow all signage throughout the house. We are not responsible for any accidents. Please do not block driveways, fire hydrants or mailboxes. If you are a reseller, please bring your completed tax form with you for every purchase. We do not keep tax forms on file.
• Sale Address will be revealed Thursday evening (the night before the opening sale day).
• For those who need help with items we have a full staff available and will gladly assist.
• There are several ups and downs throughout the house so please watch your step.
