We accept Credit Cards, Cash, and Check w/ ID for all items in the sale. All items are sold AS-IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS! You must inspect what you are buying and be satisfied with it upon purchase. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents or injuries that may occur while you attend our sale. You must watch for low overhangs in the tents and any supporting wires for the tents. If you see any fluorescent tape on the grounds, that means beware and be careful in those areas. If you are interested in any of the very large items please be sure to bring a vehicle and movers to take the items with you.
We will not have anyone on site to help you move heavy items. Please bring your own help. We can make arrangements to hold items for pickup no later than 6pm on Sunday the 26th.
Hello Shoppers..got a nice sale in the North Area. House located on 15 acres and a barn has been sold and the owners have moved and left what you see. Beautiful leather queen sleeper sofa with Movie seats, large screen TV, living room, dining room, and 3 bedrooms and lots of kitchen stuff. Linens and accessories for all room available. There is a trailer full of items down by the barn with little pricing, so look thru it and bring it to checkout and lets negotiate and have fun. Weather should be nice so come out to the country. Use your GPS for directions. See you there.
