Sale held by Caring Transitions of North San Antonio. We offer a variety of merchandise made available from our clients requiring estate liquidation / estate sales / tag sales services. There will be one entrance in and out of the residence. No large bags will be allowed inside. No food or drinks will be allowed inside.

Sale to be held Friday and Saturday, February 10 & 11 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Signup sheet for entry will be available by 830A. 50% DISCOUNT ON SATURDAY FROM 2-4.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS & TERMS OF SERVICE
We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Credit card chargebacks WILL NOT be accepted. A declined credit card will result in an additional $15.00 service fee to the grand total amount. All merchandise is sold "as is" and all sales are final. No refunds will be made.
All persons attending sales or removing merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Caring Transitions of North San Antonio from any liability. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor regarding specific item(s).
Caring Transitions of North San Antonio may attempt to describe merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the sale but makes no representations. In no event shall Caring Transitions of North San Antonio be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer shall be the sole judge of value. Buyers must remove merchandise prior to 4 p.m. of sale day. Alternative arrangements must be made in advance and approved by Caring Transitions of North San Antonio. If pick-up is not made by 4 p.m. on sale day and buyer has not made alternative arrangements, buyer forfeits property and said property will be disposed of by Caring Transitions of North San Antonio. Buyers must arrange for packing, loading and transportation of purchases.

Another wonderful find is "The Dynamo", a collection of the first newsletters published by the JC Penny Co., to give associates company news during the most profitable time for the company, 1917-1919; printing of this stopped during the great depression.
Understated arm chairs in black walnut, originally part of a dining set, with original black vinyl seats, by Hibriten Chair Company; cane back, circa 1950s. Mid century bedroom furniture that includes 2 night stands and a king headboard by Lane.
Other furniture includes a beautiful formal king size headboard and footboard, 2 night stands, and a wardrobe in cherry wood. A extraordinary find on a Pine dining table, with 2 leaves and 8 chairs; recliners, unique round coffee tables, hand knotted Persian rugs and a beautiful wrought iron sofa table.
Don't miss the incredible collection of oil paintings and prints by artist Larry Dyke; signed pictures and letters from US presidents and Texas Governor, John Connally. A vintage boy scout sash with badges, hat and book; and a child's violin.
