No large purses, We do not move heavy items. Please bring help to move larger purchases. There is a $25 tip per person to the staff, should they agree, to help move heavy items. You are responsible for moving large items. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. All items sold as is. No refunds or exchanges. All purchases must be picked up before the end of sale at 2 PM on the last day of the sale. We will be taking offers/bids on items over $100. Full price on the first day, 25% Off 2nd day, 50% off 3rd day and up to 75% off at our discretion. No discount on Sterling silver or gold. Valuables will be removed from sale site each day.
