THIS IS A SPECIAL BYOT ESTATE SALE ON A LARGE COUNTRY PROPERTY. B.Y.O.T.(Bring your own TARP (Blanket/sheet, etc...) as your very own personal "holding area" on this HUGE Property.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD ITEMS
***Homeowners have Security and surveillance cameras on Property 24/7, so please do NOT go onto the property until we remove the caution tape (Violators will be prosecuted)
If you arrive early, please form a single line in your vehicles until in front of the driveway, until we remove the caution tape at 8:30. You will then be shown to an "inside", gated field area to park and wait until we open at 10:00.

This is another one of our Famous "B.Y.O.T" (Bring your own TARP) Estate Sales for a wonderful Family on Acres of land including a Great Country Farm Home/ Barns/ Out Buildings, etc.....

Lots of beautiful RANCH OAK FURNITURE for almost every room in your house, VINTAGE PYREX, TONS OF RUSTICS (We are packed with Antique tools, farm equipment, fencing, gates panels, water and feed troughs, etc...), Sewing machines, butter churns, Lawyers Cabinet, pool table, records, books, artwork, outdoor decor (birdbaths, cast iron, etc...), appliances (Deep freezers, fridge, etc...).

***For the Newbies (BYOT)....at these LARGE COUNTRY SALES, we ask that everybody bring a TARP / Old blanket /Sheet,or similar (And maybe even some "shade), to claim a "Holding spot" area of your very own outside somewhere....AFTER we open the gate at 10:00am, that is. As you wonder around the property and pick out your TREASURES, you will take them back to YOUR "area", and we will walk around and check everybody out as you are through.

These are our most popular kind of Estate Sales, and usually draw a nice size crowd....which is the FUN part! We ask that everybody bring their BEST ATTITUDE, PATIENCE, and a GREAT BIG SMILE ! Oh....and since it is supposed to be very HOT, you should bring some cold water too ! :)
