 What a beautiful sale we have this week !  The sale will be at 239 Camellia, in Brazoria. The sale is in the 

Magnolia Garden subdivision, off Market Street, in Brazoria. If you’re coming from the Lake Jackson area, 

on Hwy 36, you’ll come to the traffic light at 521, on the South end of town, just past Bucee’s South. Diamond S

Restaurant will be on your right. Come through the light, and Market Street angles off to your right, across from 

the Dollar Store. Take it. You’ll take an immediate right onto Pecan, (an old American Savings building is on the corner). 

then, the first right, onto Azalea, Camellia Dr. will be the street to your left. We’ll have signs out. If you come from Lake 

Jackson on 332, you’ll take a left onto S. Hwy 36, (at the big Baptist Church), then, take a left onto Market Street, 

at the South end of town. 

 

The sale will be held Friday and Saturday, March 24-25, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. Please don’t block driveways,

and do not impede traffic, please. Make sure you leave enough room for other vehicles, emergency vehicles, 

and the garbage scow to make it through.

 

The sign-up sheet will be out around 8:00 Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the names in, around 8:45.

 

There will be NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE LOCATION. Please don’t ask. Any oversized purses, 

bags, backpacks, etc. will be subject to search, if you insist on carrying them into the sale location.

 

Estate Liquidators DOES NOT provide carriers, loaders, or pack mules, for your purchases. Please make 

arrangements to have your large, or bulky items moved.
