2G Moving Estate Sale

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION!

My husband and I will be putting our property on the market soon, so it is time to let go of tons of our stuff and treasures. This moving/estate sale is being held by ourselves, the owners of the property, and not by a professional estate sale company. With that said, things may look a little different than other estate sale you may have visited:

1. The sale will be Thursday, October 1st, Friday, October 2nd and Saturday, October 3rd. We have a coded-entry gate. The gate will be open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 2:00 p.m. each day of the sale. There will be no early sales. When parking, please do not block the road/driveway.
2. There will be no sign-in sheet or numbers distributed. All items for sale will be located inside of our three-car garage, out in front of the garage or in our 2400 square foot shop. There will be no entry into the inside of the home.
3. At this time, we believe items are priced to sell, so we do not have a discount day planned.
4. WE ARE NOT ABSOLUTELY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS THAT MAY OCCUR ON OUR PROPERTY.
5. There is no guarantee that all items pictured will be available the day of the sale. We reserve the right to add or remove items prior to the sale.
6. You must bring your own boxes and wrapping materials along with help to load any large items. These items will not be supplied.

Items to be included in the sale:

Depression glass including jadeite, green oatmeal/sandwich glass and some green uranium glass, lots of rooster décor, extensive seasonal décor including lots of new/unused ornaments, lighting and wreaths, women’s and men’s clothing, tools (and whatever else I can get my husband to part with in his shop!) and lots more.
