2. Line Up, Folks: We’ll have numbers or a sign up sheet outside before the sale opens. You can come early grab a number or add your name to the list for first access at 10:00

3. About Pre-Sale Info: We appreciate your curiosity, but we’re not able to share prices, item conditions, or functionality details before the sale. Part of the fun is discovering treasures in person—so come by and see what you find!

4. Payment Methods: Cash, Cards, Apple Pay

5. Parking Don’t block driveways, mailboxes and please stay off the neighbors lawn.

6. Safety First: We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Please watch your step while shopping, as Heirloom Harvesters and the homeowner can’t be held responsible for any accidental slips or falls..

7. House Rules: We kindly ask that you plan ahead, as there is no public restroom available at this sale. Thanks for understanding!

8. Sold Stickers Etiquette: If you find something you love, feel free to use one of *our* official sold stickers—just be sure to write your name and phone number clearly. This reserves the item as yours. We kindly ask that you avoid using personal stickers and please respect others’ marked items. Thanks for keeping it fair for everyone!

9. Moving Day: You bought it, you move it! Bring muscles, a truck, or a few friends. We’d love to help, but our team’s moving skills are limited

10. As Is” Adventure:Everything is sold as is, where is, in whatever condition it happens to be in. Test it out if you want.
