This is a pretty unique sale as in there are lots of unique things in it. There are Ham Radio towers, Martin Bird houses, BIG windmill, all of which will have to be taken down by the buyer. There are a LOT of high quality tools and shop equipment. There is some molding equipment for making art sculptures, plaque applications, and trophies .. including but not limited to a centrifuge, fish molds, chicken and duck molds, engraving machine, and other melting equipment. The sale also has a lot of professional photographs done by a local artist that will appeal to anyone liking wildlife or flowers. There is plenty of the normal estate sale stuff as well. There is also a Ranger 4 wheeler, fencing and cages for different birds. Anything on the property that is not structure is for sale, so some of it will be a - if interested ask us type situation.. 

This sale is unique in that due to the circumstances it could be called off at any moment!  IF you see something of value in the pictures, please text your inquiry to Brian Owen 214-566-5058 (emails don't get checked often enough) and we will arrange for a team member to meet you prior to the sale opening. This may well be the ONLY TIME we would be willing to pre-sale one of our sales, but we do what we can to assist our client, and this is one of those times. We will NOT meet anyone for anything unless it’s value is $200 +, you will need to wait for the sale.
