> Please bring your own help to load heavy items, as we are unable to assist with loading due to liability issues.
> We are not able to answer questions about a specific sale or items in the sale. Thank you for your understanding.
> Please be considerate and do not block the neighbors’ mailboxes or driveways.
> We are NOT responsible for accidents. Please watch your step.
> No purses or backpacks. You will be asked to take them back to your vehicle.
> Wristlets & Wallets ONLY.
> Everything is sold AS IS - NO RETURNS.
> We accept cash, credit / debit cards and Venmo.
> We collect sales tax

Description & Details

Long time resident, farmer, multiple business owner is moving and downsizing.  This sale has everything from "man-cave" items, beautiful rustic wood furniture, farm & ranch equipment to a mobile office trailer.  There are multiple barns that have been combined into the larger barn, as well as items outside around the barns.  The barn is slightly dusty, and if you plan on "picking" around outside the barns, please dress accordingly and be aware of the surroundings.  Stickers and holes are present.
