This coming weekend, May 31st, June 1st and 2nd. Sunday will be half off of ALMOST everything, we have a few large pieces with firm prices!

WE ARE NOT LIABLE for accidents. This is a farm house, open-toed sandals are highly discouraged if you want to walk to the back of the property where so much great stuff is in the workshop and around a very old barn! (We must consider nature.)

There WILL BE limited entry. There is a swimming pool, NO KIDS will be allowed in the back yard, even though it is full of merchandise.

NO PRICE QUOTES, purchases or HOLDS prior to sale.

We DO NOT HOLD ITEMS or sell anything prior to the doors opening, and WE CANNOT PRICE QUOTE BEFORE THE SALE. (repeated!)

Credit/debit cards (VISA or MasterCard) will be accepted for a minimum purchase of $25. Checks are OK if local, and no big bills will be accepted for purchases under $50.

We do not check emails, texts, or calls during sale hours.

Moving and loading any purchases are your responsibility, all purchases must be picked up by 12 noon on Sunday.

All sales are final, no returns, exchanges or refunds.

Today was wonderful for Day 1, everybody! Thanks so much for being great shoppers and parking like pros! Some of the items that were sold today are marked sold, below in pictures!

05-28 update! More pictures added.... of the vehicles, free stuff, tools, collectibles, and a John Deere tractor!

This is a beautiful ranch house property in Buda with a nearly 2000 square foot home, a 2 car garage, a massive workshop and more! Merchandise has also been pulled out of a 4-stall barn and a tool shed, LOTS to see!

This is a ROUGH DRAFT LINK and there is no method to the madness for pictures, because there is so much to see! It literally starts in the master bedroom, goes into two guest rooms, then the main part of the house and kitchen.

MORE PICTURES tomorrow evening....... we still have the garage (amazing), back patio (great stuff), and workshop (vehicles and tools and antiques galore!)

More pictures of a LARGE workshop, amazing things that have come out of a very large barn, vehicles, a John Deere tractor, a jam-packed garage and a full back patio of yard tools and lots of other great stuff... some inventory listed below, more pictures tomorrow!

We have a beautiful king-size Tempur-Pedic bed with all of the wood cabinetry and lights around it, it's two twin Tempur-Pedic mattresses on two twin adjustable power bases that include heat and massage settings.... with remotes!

...........and we also have a full size mattress and box springs that will be free to a good home!

Furniture includes a large 5 piece bedroom set along with those listed above (pieces CAN be bought separately), we have end tables, bookshelves, a breakfast room table, China cabinets, patio furniture, two organs and a piano! We have bar stools, a beautiful refrigerator, desks, a hat rack, and several other antique and collectible pieces of furniture.

We have lamps, framed artwork, household decorative collectibles, lots of angels, BLENCO Blue Glass collectibles, Noritake pottery, McCoy pottery/ovenware, vintage country western shirts, ladies hats, wallets, purses... We have an amazing pair of Tony Lama men's cowboy boots, we have several boxes of costume jewelry being sold by the bag in bulk, we have a huge collection of toys, some dating back to the late 1800s...........

We have full sets of China, gold-rimmed glassware, a collection of crystal bells, silver plate serving pieces, and we have books in every room including fiction, health, and cookbooks. We also have a really beautiful grandfather clock, along with religious art and crosses, dolls, stuffed animals, tools tools tools...

We have rolling tool tables, tool boxes, gauges and so much more... and we have SADDLES!

We have a beautiful dark cherry wood dining room table with six chairs, and the kitchen includes cookware from the decades past. Warmers, baking dishes, Fiestaware, CorningWare, extensive salt and pepper shakers, Pyrex, cast iron cookware, pots and pans, cutlery, everything you can imagine aluminum, ceramic bakeware, glassware and knives and coffee mugs ...

It should also be known that the woman who owns this house was a highly accomplished Tupperware sales woman for many years, if you need Tupperware,

this is where you need to be this weekend. We also have crock pots, meat grinders, rolling pins, popcorn cookers a bread machine and mixers, a large collection of knives, and so much more.

The garage at this house could be an estate sale all by itself, full of beautiful vintage kitchenware and appliances, dishes, glassware, vases.....

We have record albums, 8-tracks, CDs, cassettes, plus an extensive collection of vintage Polaroid and video cameras.

We have office supplies and yardsticks and cassette players, stereos, keyboards, banjo ..... a large selection of personal health items, luggage, clocks, a linen room full of everything covering napkins and doilies and placemats, we have blankets and ironing boards, Afghans, tablecloths .....
