THIS IS AN APPOINTMENT ONLY SALE. Please call or text 903-780-7351 with your name & the date or dates you will be attending. No time of day has to be specified. If you think you may come all 3 days, just state that. Everyone will have to check in at the gate for entry, & if your name is NOT on the list, they will not allow you to come in & shop. PLEASE WEAR MASKS FOR THE SAFETY OF THE HOME OWNERS & MY WORKERS!! Hand sanitizer will be available. PLEASE bring help to load large items as there may be no one there to load or to lift heavy objects. We will NOT load refrigerators or freezers!!! All items must be removed by 3:00 Saturday afternoon. All items as is!! CASH PREFFERED - NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. Large checks will be held until you can return with cash. Not responsible for accidents!!
