Bring a box and packaging . You are responsible for moving and packing your own items and taking it to your vehicles. Please bring tools to disassemble items if needed as we may not have what you need. Sold as-is with no warranties or returns. We are required to collect Sales tax. All items must be picked up by the last day of the sale. You must move and bring tools for any Furniture you purchase. We accept credit cards with a 4% convenience fee per transaction and cash, NO checks. No food or drinks allowed in the house. Unfortunately no pets, EXCEPT service animals are allowed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, so in Thumper fashion, “If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all!” We’re all family here! NO Public Restrooms or Trees! We are Not responsible for accidents. Video cameras & undercover security will be on property, so sticky fingers beware!
