Terms

-No large purses, bags, backpacks, carts or strollers will be allowed. *If you need to bring your shopping bag, cart etc, check them in the holding area before you start shopping.
-Children must be supervised and remain within arms length of parent or guardian at all times.
-Please bring vehicle, tools, packing materials and help to lift, load and carry away your items. We cannot help load your items due to liability concerns.
-Purchased items must be removed from premises within 2 hours of end of sale on Sunday or item(s) will be forfeited with no refund.
-We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our discretion.
-CASH, VISA ,MASTERCARD accepted with proper ID. $6.00 min credit card purchase. This is a registered business therefore all items are TAXED at 8.25%
-All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Items sold AS IS. Check your items prior to purchasing.
-Dealers are requested to bring a completed Tax Exemption Form to avoid paying sales tax and to avoid delays at check out. The State requires original forms filled out and signed by individuals.
-You enter our sales locations at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility in case of any injuries, accidents or illnesses that may happen to yourself and/or any persons with you.
-All photos and descriptions are for your convenience and we can not take responsibility for the accuracy of the content.
- We do not quote prices over the phone or by emails.
- No holds unless paid for in advance. Pick up by 1pm on Sunday or item(s) subject to forfeiture without refund
