Terms & Conditions : All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Premier Studio Estate Sales will attempt to describe each item accurately to the best of our ability. Item descriptions should not be the sole determining factor when purchasing an item. It is the Buyers responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinable factor. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. We reserve the right to remove items from the sale or reject a sale.
CHILDREN ARE DISCOURAGED FROM ATTENDING SALE Too many distractions, toys, games and puzzles are organized
All items must be picked up during the allotted time listed in the sale. Businesses wishing to use a Tax Number must present a copy of their tax form otherwise all applicable taxes will be added.
Items purchased must be removed from the property by close of business the last day of sale.
Items not picked up during the listed time may be forfited with no refund. Building must be vacated.
BRING OWN PACKING MATERIALS / BOXES and help for moving large or heavy items. We are unable supply packing or help with moving items.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, (no checks). A 3% non-cash fee will be added to cover the cost of credit card services
